By accessing or using QR Here ("the Service"), operated by QR Here, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.
2. Permitted Use
You may use QR Here for personal, educational, and lawful commercial purposes. You may create QR codes for website URLs, Wi-Fi networks, contact information, and text, and download generated SVG, PNG, or PDF files without restriction or royalties.
3. Prohibited Content and Quishing
You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that link to phishing sites, malware distributions, deceptive payment scams, or illegal material (commonly known as "quishing"). We reserve the right to block malicious domains from our scanning interface to protect users.
4. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain all rights and ownership to the content, links, and data you encode into QR codes using our tool. The QR code format itself is an open standard invented by Denso Wave. The QR Here website design, branding, and source code are the intellectual property of QR Here.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for high scannability and contrast accuracy, you are responsible for testing all QR codes before mass printing or commercial distribution.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QR Here shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including misprinted materials, unreadable physical barcodes, or third-party links accessed through scanned codes.
7. Third-Party Links & Content
When using our scanner, decoded URLs point to third-party websites outside our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external sites you visit after scanning a QR code.
8. Changes to Terms
